its business arrangements with these Insurance Service Providers:

insurance quotations in most states as noted below. Purchase requests will be
handled by Insurance.com Insurance Agency and/or directly by the insurance carrier
you request. Insurance.com will present to you the two lowest rates of all companies quoted.
Insurance.com also will present to you the rates of up to three companies that have an
ownership interest in ComparisonMarket/Insurance.com.

Matrix Direct: Provides term life quotations. Purchase requests and
applications for term life will be handled directly by Matrix Direct, a
licensed insurance agency.

Ehealthinsurance: Provides health insurance quotations. Purchase requests will
be handled through ehealthinsurance’s licensed insurance agency.

Insuractive, Inc.: Provides travel insurance quotations. Purchase requests will
be handled through Insuractive, Inc., a licensed insurance agency.

Each of these Insurance Providers receives information about specific insurance
