Overview
MetLife stopped selling auto insurance in 2021 when it sold all of its auto and home business to Farmers Insurance. All MetLife auto insurance policies are now Farmers auto insurance policies; existing customers were transitioned to Farmers and no new policies are available.
MetLife does still sell a range of insurance products, including life insurance, supplementary health insurance and a variety of specialty products. Most are group insurance products.
