Insurance companies invest a lot of resources into analyzing data and have extensive risk profiles of drivers at every age, stage of life and gender. Your driving record is another good indicator of your risk profile, and they also consider some factors you may not have considered, such as your credit rating.

Here’s a look at what drivers with common negative marks on their profiles can expect to pay for full coverage insurance with Allstate compared to rates for drivers with clean records. Poor credit will have the biggest impact on rates, but an at-fault accident is not far behind.
